Mold Design / CAD-CAM
Translate product and molding requirements into tooling designed for machining, assembly and maintenance.
Precision Machining
Machine mold components accurately with machining centers and EDM equipment.
Finishing / Assembly
Fit, finish and assemble components until the tool performs as one precise system.
Mold Trial / Quality
Read trial results, measurements and actual molded parts to improve production stability.
