PROTOTYPE & PRODUCTION
From prototype molds in ZAS, aluminum and steel to production tooling for automotive lighting components. Every mold is engineered for stable molding and maintainability.
SPECIALIZED TOOLING
We also support elastomer casting molds for wire harnesses, medical intraocular lens components, low-volume tooling and precision part machining.
GLOBAL SUPPORT
Our Japan and Thailand teams work together on mold and inspection-jig modifications, repairs and on-site launch support, including deliveries from Thailand to neighboring markets.
SPECIALIZED FIELD
Automotive lighting components demand appearance quality, optical performance and stable mass production at the same time. We apply a deep understanding of lenses, light guides and housings to prototype molds, production molds and molded parts.

STC has delivered molds manufactured in Thailand to India. We provide follow-up after delivery and, when required, dispatch engineers to support molding trials, production launch and issue resolution on site. This capability extends naturally from our core Japan–Thailand production network.
